Invitations to Purchase
All items listed on this site for sale are invitations to purchase and not offers to sell. 2B Technology, Citti, Citti Bag, CittiBag and CittiBag.com (hereinafter reference to any one of these applies to all) reserve the right to accept or deny any orders once the order form has been completed and submitted, whether online or by telephone. Receipt of your order does not constitute a contract. Upon receipt of a properly completed and submitted order, CittiBag reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. A customer order to purchase will not be deemed accepted by CittiBag until the order is filled and has left the CittiBag premises for shipping and delivery.
Price
You agree to pay 2B Technology the total amount of the purchase, including the cost of products, shipping and all applicable taxes in U.S. Dollars. You agree to pay with a valid credit card, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Paypal, and you authorize 2B Technology to charge said credit card for the costs of your purchase. By using said credit card, you hereby warrant and affirm that you are the cardholder of the credit card, that you are above the age of 18, and that you have authority to use said credit card. If your card is rejected by the card issuer, your order will not be shipped and 2B Technology will have no obligation to fulfill your order.
Availability
All products on this site are subject to availability. 2B Technology produces products in limited quantities. In the event that the product you have submitted an order for is not available, 2B Technology will have no obligation to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay for your order. Unless otherwise indicated, 2B Technology only ships to addresses in the United States.
Final Sale
Unless otherwise indicated, all sales are final and are made on an “as is” basis.
Limits on Purchases
2B Technology reserves the right to limit purchases and reject purchases or orders for commercial quantities of our products. Products are not offered for resale. In order to ensure sales of goods to end users, we may, among other things, restrict orders placed by or under the same customer name, account, credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to cancel any portion of an order that cannot be fulfilled for any reason. We anticipate a significant demand for the products offered for sale on this site. It is possible that some orders placed may not be immediately filled due to lack of availability. Online and telephone orders are not deemed to be accepted until your products are shipped from our warehouse. We will make every effort to fulfill your order and to notify you of any backorders of your order. We reserve the right to limit, cancel or prohibit orders that violate this policy or that cannot be fulfilled due to lack of supply of the product.
Title
Title to all items purchased from 2B Technology will transfer to the purchaser of said items when said items leave the 2B Technology facility for transit to the purchaser.
Sales and Promotions
Prices on sale and promotional items cannot be combined with any other offers. Sales and promotions may be limited to specific items, designs, colors or styles. Quantities may be limited. No rain checks will be offered. Sales or promotions will not be valid on previously purchased merchandise or purchases of gift cards. Sale and promotions may be modified, extended or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Release
2B Technology creates and sells bags with removable display screens. They do not manufacture, design, create, or warrant the display screens that can be utilized in their bags. In the event of defect or damage with the display screen, or in the event of a dispute over the display screen, you agree to release us (including our parent, subsidiaries and affiliates and our/their officers, agents, directors and employees) from all claims, demands and damages (whether actual, consequential or punitive) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. By accepting the terms of this release and entering into this agreement, you expressly waive any protections, whether known or unknown, statutory or otherwise, that would otherwise potentially be available to you.
Limitation of Liability
2B Technology is the designer and creator of bags, including the CittiBag line of handbags, backpacks and more. Removable display screens that may be incorporated into the line are a product of the Royole Corporation, a business distinct from and operating separate and apart from 2B Technology. 2B Technology and its brands make no warranty whatsoever with regard to the display screens manufactured by the Royole Corporation.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold 2B Technology (including our parent, subsidiaries and affiliates and our/their officers, agents, directors and employees) harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from or related to your use of this site, and related to the Royole Corporation’s removable display screen utilized in the product we offer, to the fullest extent permissible by law. 2B Technology shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from your access to, or inability to access this site, or from your reliance on any information contained in this site. 2B Technology shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from the Royole Corporation’s removable display screen utilized in some of the products we offer.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold 2B Technology (including our parent, subsidiaries and affiliates and our/their officers, agents, directors and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this User Agreement, your improper use of our products or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party.
Warranty
The Royole Corporation offers a limited warranty on Royole’s removable, flexible, display screen that come with the purchase of a Citti Bag. The Royole warranty runs from the date of 2B Technology’s purchase of said display screen. The warranty applies solely and exclusively to Royole’s display screens. The Royole warranty covers damages or defects to the Royole display screen in normal use, with normal use to be in the sole discretion of the Royole Corporation based upon the Royole Corporation’s inspection and determination.
In order to obtain the Royole Corporation’s warranty protection, you must register your screen on this website within the warranty period.
If the Royole Corporation’s display screen incurs defect or damage, you must return the screen to 2B Technology at its registered address, 518 Beaullieu Drive, Lafayette, LA 70508 to be forwarded on to the Royole Corporation under the terms of their warranty.
Modification to Terms of Sale
At any time, within their sole discretion, and without notice, 2B Technology may modify these terms of sale of products by posting new terms of sale on this site.
Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to this agreement, your use of CittiBag.com, purchases made through 2B Technology, or to any products or services sold, distributed, or manufactured by 2B Technology will be resolved by binding arbitration. You are waiving your right to sue in a court of law. Disputes subject to arbitration include, without limitation, disputes arising out of or relating to interpretation or application of this dispute resolution provision. Any dispute resolution proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. You are waiving your right to file or participate in a class action suit.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to conflict of law. If the arbitration provision in this section is found unenforceable or does not apply for any reason, then the proceeding must be brought exclusively in a court of competent subject matter jurisdiction, within the Parish of Lafayette, State of Louisiana.

Citti Bags, including the names of individual product lines contained within the Citti brand, are products of 2B Technology, and are available online and at selected retail stores. Products will be limited in number and may be available on a first come basis. 2B Technology does not guarantee that the products displayed on this site will be available at every authorized retailer nor that the products will be available on this website. 2B Technology will make every effort to fulfill requests for future availability of their products using the order in which said requests are received. Product availability is subject to supply. Product descriptions, specifications, colors and prices may be subject to change without notice. Prices shown are in United States Dollars and are valid only in the United States.
Communications and Submissions
All communications and submissions of any kind (“communications”) to CittiBag.com, including any of its agents, subsidiaries or assigns, shall remain the property of 2B Technology. In no event shall 2B Technology be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or data use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to or use of this site or any content provided on or through the site. You agree to indemnify and hold 2B Technology (including our parent, subsidiaries and affiliates and our/their officers, agents, directors and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this User Agreement, your use or misuse of this site, your improper use of our products or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party.
Alternative
Regardless of the previous paragraphs, if we are found to be liable, our liability to you or any third party is limited to one dollar ($1.00).
